DNSBLs:
If your mailserver or network block has been blacklisted by a DNSBL, refer to the site in the rejection message and follow their delisting procedures. All rejected email will contain the reason within the SMTP transaction.
RFC Violations:
We do not whitelist hosts which are in violation of RFCs or best common practices. We will however try help as best we can to explain the problem and provide information on how to fix it.
Bounced Email:
All bounced email will also include full details as to the reason for bouncing.
Greylisting:
Greylisting is however a different story, we acknowledge the importance of time-critical email (for instance online share trading, online bidding, one-time pin for banking ... etc) and will consider excluding sources of such from greylisting. If your company partakes in the delivery of time critical email, please contact our abuse department with the following information:
- Company name
- Contact details
- Motivation for being added to the exception list including example message
- Mailserver details: IP/Netblock, Hostname, HELO/EHLO strings
Multiple HELO/EHLO:
If you operate mailservers behind one IP address which have different HELO/EHLO's please contact our abuse department with the following information:
- Company name
- Contact details
- Motivation for being added to the exception list including example message
- Mailserver details: IP/Netblock, Hostname, HELO/EHLO strings
Disclaimer:
We act on behalf of our agents and clients when performing checks on inbound email, this is done under explicit consent. Some agents and clients are able to manage their own whitelists, if you feel your email should be whitelisted we suggest you contact the recipient directly to find out if they are able to do this.
